2016: Foundation

Founded in 2016, Alans Domestic Services, LLC (ADS) began with a mission to serve “ALL THINGS” real estate in Atlanta, Georgia. Focused initially on listing, sales, and mortgage banking, the company quickly exceeded its goals in its first year of operation. Building on this success, Allan Domestic Services expanded in 2017 by acquiring K S Home Improvements, broadening its scope to include property acquisitions, renovations, and fix-and-flip ventures.

In 2019, the company extended its reach to California, opening a branch in West Covina. As part of this expansion, ADS acquired a house cleaning company that has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley since 1991. The acquisition came with a heartfelt mission to honor the founder’s vision of providing meaningful employment to women of all nationalities, focusing on supporting families where women are the sole providers. Although the pandemic led to the founder's passing and a significant decline in revenue, the company remains committed to continuing its operations, with plans to transition the house cleaning business into a non-profit offering housing benefits through the real estate division.
